Scaaleup provides AI-assisted digital growth services as described on our website and in your specific service agreement or proposal. Exact deliverables, timelines and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Fees, billing cycles and payment terms are specified in your proposal or invoice. Services may be paused for accounts with significantly overdue payments, with prior notice.
Final deliverables (such as eBooks, designs and campaign assets) are owned by you once paid in full. Scaaleup retains rights to its internal tools, templates and processes used to create them.
Our services are provided on a best-effort basis. Scaaleup is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including changes in third-party platform policies (such as Meta/WhatsApp) that affect service delivery.
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with notice as specified in your service agreement. See our Refund Policy for details on billing at termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
